Every Teltonika device will have a Serial Number and IMEI that are unique. So if you are making the purchase from an authorized distributor then it should be original or you can check with us by providing the details above. These details will be laser printed onto the external cover of the devices or for the older models or release it will be in a sticker form.

 You can also check our page on the changes in packaging for this device at https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB120_Product_Change_Notifications You may also test the device on the configurator to check if the device is supported by the configurator. You can download the configurator here - https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/Teltonika_Configurator_versions#For_FMB_series

Please do not forget the COM driver so before that, which can be downloaded at https://teltonika-gps.com/product/fmb120/#downloads
