Question

I am using an FMB920 and can properly configure it using the Configurator using USB but if i try to connect it by Bluetooth the configurator doesn't see the tracker at all and thus offers no option to connect/configure it.

Tracker Firmware: 03.25.15 Rev:01
Configurator Version: v1.5.5.29406 and v1.4.14.23292 (tried both)
I tested it both, with Windows 7 and Windows 10 on two different physical machines without any success.
I installed the com driver with the file version 1.12.50.0.
Testsetup: Install driver, connect to tracker using bluetooth, enter pin (5555), Windows finds the tracker, establishs the connection and properly sets it up. Starting the configuration software and the software is searching for a tracker forever without finding anything.

I also tried out Teltonika FMBT with my Android phone (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=lt.teltonika.teltonika_fmbt) but it seems like the configuration options with this app are very limited.

I already requested an updated firmware version for the tracker but I didn't get it yet from my sales manager.

Hope you can give me a hint how to solve this problem.
