Hi support,

I  have a brand new FMB920 and FMB003 in hand, both seem doesn't work with the USB cable that i brought(I lost the original USB cable), but it seems that the Configurator just couldn't find the device. (Please refer to the case:  https://community.teltonika-networks.com/26561/unable-to-connect-the-device-via-usb)

In addition, do Teltonika devices only work with the USB cable provided by Teltonika? Can i use universal USB-to-Serial Cable instead?

Good day. Thank you for the question.

For FMB920 and FMB003, you may use USB Micro B type cable to connect with the Configurator. May I know if you have tested the cable and working? Also, may I know if the FMB PC Driver has been installed? Kindly refer here for the Driver - https://teltonika-gps.com/product/fmb920/#downloads
