May I know if you referring to the CAN adapter connection with the vehicle's CAN wires? If yes, then you will need to raise a ticket via VIP Helpdesk or contact your Distributor/Sales Manager to provide you with the schemes of a specific vehicle. If you don't have any contacts with our Sales managers, please contact them on our official website https://teltonika-gps.com/ and click on the "Contact Us" button. When you will click, please fill the form and submit it.

Note: as a topic, please choose "Vehicle telematics" or you can send an e-mail with the description of your situation to info@teltonika.lt

You may also obtain the CAN data via the OBDII connector using FMB140, kindly refer here for the steps - https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB140_autoscan_feature_instructions. Should you require the latest firmware, then you will need to raise a VIP Helpdesk or contact your Distributor or Sales Manager as we do not share firmware or other files in the community forum.
