Hi,

We need to monitor and receive temperature reports from the TRACKER (FMB140 or FMB640) in the transport. We want to use RMS as a monitoring system.

If you use FMB640 as a gateway, and connect a temperature sensor (4-20mA) to the analog input, can RMS download historical temperature data when the connection between RMS and (FMB640 or FMB140) is restored?

Can RMS show downloaded historical temperature data as a tabular report?

Good day. Thank you for the question.

RMS is used only for the Teltonika Networking devices. So in this case, it cannot be used for FMB640 or FMB140 as the monitoring system. However, if you require a monitoring for FMB640 and FMB140, you may use TAVL but you will need to raise a query on VIP Helpdesk or contact your distributor/Sales Manager.

As for the tracking of temperature data in the vehicle, I will suggest that you use a BLE Temperature sensor with FMB140 (currently FMB640 does not support BLE function). Please find the link on BLE temperature sensors here :
