Question

Hello! I have multiple devices and I am getting their data at server, so how can I categorize them? I am thinking of categorize them by sending the device info (model name/number, mac address, firmware etc.) to server with each specific data coming to server. Please provide me any solution to send device info to server or maybe you can suggest another solution as well.

Hi,
Just send the "getver" GPRS command to the device via codec protocol and it will give you the response back with the details you require.

Thanks for your kind response. I tried to get the information by sending this command to device via SERVER. But it didn't work.
