Hi

About the FMC130 Unit and the GPRS commands sent from the Platform.

Where can I get the commands to execute the: DOUT1, DOUT2, DOUT3?

In the documentation at:

https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMC130_SMS/GPRS_Commands

In the segment where he talks about setdigouts, and expands the list of equipment compatible with that type of command, there is no FMC130, I already tried them with those commands but they don't work.

In the gpswox Platform I could use the following in FMB120:

setdigout 00: 7365746469676f7574203030

setdigout 11: 7365746469676f7574203131

setdigout 10: 7365746469676f7574203130

setdigout 01: 7365746469676f7574203031

--------- But these don't work with the FMC130 either -----------

Can you help me please ...

Hello JuanC,

Good day. Thank you for the question.

For FMC130, there are 3 DOUTs. Therefore the command must specify all 3 DOUTs in the command.

For example, if you would like to have all 3 DOUTs to be activated for infinite time then you can send the following SMS command:

<space><space>setdigout 111 (for GPRS command, you can skip the spaces so it will be setdigout 111)

if you would like to have DOUT1 to be activated for infinite time and DOUT2 and DOUT3 to be deactivated for infinite time then you can send the following SMS command:

<space><space>setdigout 100 (for GPRS command, you can skip the spaces so it will be setdigout 100)

Also, keep in mind that for the GPRS command to be sent, the Codec12 protocol must be implemented. You can learn more on Codec 12 here, https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/Codec#Codec_12

For more information on the setdigout command, you can refer at https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB_setdigout but please take note of the commands based on the number of digital outputs (DOUTs). You can also add timer and speed thresholds to the commands for a more explicit command to the device.

Please go through this link and let me know if it helps. Thank you in advance.

Kind regards.

Let me comment about this, because I have a similar problem. For example, if I send SMS like setdigout it works very well, GPS receive SMS and return answer to the Cellular and to my GPS platform and the platform receives GPRS messages too from GPS.  Now, if I send message to know GPS location, the cellular that send SMS, receives answer, but the platform never receive message from GPS.

If I see "GSM Info" in Teltonika Configurator software, Teh values for SMS changes but for GPRS record continues without changes. So, let me see if something is missing or if it related about codec 12? For me is strange because some commands return answer to the platform, but some like this one no.
