I want to ask you about the USB cable and colors. All the USB cables have different colors. Will there be a problem if they are connected vice versa (both of them)?

Please advise if you are referring to the USB cable or Harness cable? If you are referring to Harness cable ,then each cable has different functionality and cannot be interchanged as this can cause damage or malfunction to the FM device.

Is the mini USB as mentioned above is a normal usb cable where I just cut the usb wires and connect to the CAN adapter? Or this mini usb cable is a converter from UART to USB?
