I'm connecting to the canbus of different john deere agricultural machinery using a FMB 640. I was able to read the motor params such as engine speed, temperature, etc.  Now I want to get the data of the malfunctions the machine has and it's code, for example I want to read the value

XSC 524055.12

when there is a problem with

 Steering System Control Unit Fault

This example was extracted from the following link: .  I'm not interested in the FMB 640 uncoding what XSC 524055.12 means, as I can know the meaning when recieving this value in the data base.
I know this information goes through the canbus but it seems the device isn't able to read it.

So if I use an All-Can and my vehicle is supported I should be able to receive the DTC values? A DTC value is for example  XSC 524055.12 ? What happens when there is more than one DTC? Which value do I receive?

The other question I have is if I can use an All-Can with a FMB 630? I did some tests in the past and I'm not able to do it, with a FMB 640 I have no toruble.

Thanks for the support

Well if vehicle is supported DTC value (AVL ID 527) is a variable data type, so first of all Codec 8 Extended should be enabled on the device and secondly, multiple codes would be received via this element (ID 527) and they should be separated by a comma. But please be aware that we do support receiving of generic DTC codes, manufacturer specific codes are probably not going to be received.

FMB630 does support ALLCAN300
