Hi,

we are having trouble enabling the new Renault Zoe ZE40/ZE50 or R110/R135 with FMB130 and CAN CONTROL. Does anyone else have them up and running and would be willing to support?

For us we cannot perform lock and unlock commands with CAN CONTROL anymore after a certain while. The FMB130 remains available and we can for example set the DIGOUT but all commands via CAN CONTROL fail. We use the cars with a keyless system and always make sure we unlock them once with the real key.  Happy to get some feedback!

Hi,

we are in contact with our sales manager already but we were not able to resolve it in the last 2 weeks. We need to get those cars going for operations and there seem to be significant issues.
So I was wondering if someone else here in the community forum successfully uses Renault Zoes and might be able to help.

We have also created an issue with the VIP helpdesk to get even more support and provide all data - the number 62288.
