I would like to know if any Teltonika OBD tracker can erase diagnostic trouble codes?

Hello.

Yes. There is SMS command that can erase these codes. Please see here: https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB001_SMS/GPRS_Commands#OBD_Commands

FMB010 and FMB020 are OBD devices that do NOT support OBD feature. All other device should be able to clear DTC codes, if vehicle gives this information regarding DTC to the device.

Not all vehicles give out same parameters to the OBD device.
