how to use a CAN adapter and in which condition Do I have to use it?

contact your sales manager.
If you don't have any contacts with our Sale managers, please contact with them on our official

As for usage. CAN adapter can provide various parameters from the vehicle. You can look up what parameter via what adapter are available here: https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB140_Teltonika_Data_Sending_Parameters_ID#CAN_adapters_elements

The parameters You can get from the vehicle depends on the model. There is supported vehicle list which can be found on Our Wiki, where You can look up adapter and supported vehicles and their supported parameters.
