Hello! I am trying to configure FMB920 to send data to server after 1min (60 sec) time interval. But data I am receiving at server is only the IMEI of device. How can I send all the data (that device is capturing) to server?

Hello.

Device always send IMEI to the server first, so that server would either accept it o reject it if that IMEI is not recognised.

Please read about protocols used in Our devices https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/Teltonika_Data_Sending_Protocols#Codec_8

There are few examples there.

Server has to respond with 01 and then device will send records after which server would have to respond again depending on how may records are in the packet.

If You have any specific questions regarding Our protocols, please ask.

Best Regards

I am sending response packet (0x01) to server to accept data from device and the problem still persists. My question is, "Is there a way to know that either the device is receiving my response(0x01, sending from server) or not?".

I am trying to look into my problem by trying to access device' log file(s) using "log2ds" command. I have received a reply, after sending this command to server, with link to '0.dmp' file. When I try to open this file in my browser it shows "This site can't be reached. 0.dmp's server IP address could not be found. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN". I need your help. Kindly respond to my query at your earliest.

Thanks & Regards
