Question

When a Teltonika FM3001 was installed into the OBD2 port in a Mitsubishi ASX is caused multiple error codes on the cluster to light up ,. Traction control , engine check light etc.  Also it made the rev counter bounce up and down from 0 to 1000rpm.

Is there a compatibility issue and is there a fix
