I'm connecting an RFID reader with RS232 to FM125 but facing issue that the values are not being set into RFID I/O altogether but are available in Maintenance tab correctly in RS232/485 section.

Following are the details

FMM125

Firmware 03.25.15 Rev:88

FMM125 Firmware 03.25.15 Rev:88

RFID Settings

Mode: RS232

RS232 Mode: RFID MF7

Baud Rate: 9600

RS232 RFID MF7

FMM125 RS232 Value in Maintenance Tab

Correct HEX values are read in RS232 but is not set as RFID value in IO

RS232 Value

RFID Value is not set

RFID Value is 0x0000000000000000

Same settings when tested with FMB640, correct values are read and set in RFID.

Any ideas on solving this issue.

Hello.

Firmware 03.25.15.Rev.88 is dedicated for FMM001 and FMC001 devices.

Current firmware version for FMM125 is 03.25.10.Rev.175:

Thanks for the feedback, I've updated to the mentioned firmware but still facing the same issue. Correct values are displayed in RF232/485 window but RFID value is not set in I/O.

Thank you for your message.

What type of reader are you connecting, what schould be card ID ?

Reader is configurable for both HID & MF7 output.

In the above example, the values displayed in RS232/485 window are HEX codes of actual value. 80-5B-BB-FA-1D-12-04
