Hello, 

As can be seen in the screenshot below, I have followed the mentioned steps(ID: 17119) and tried contacting Teltonika but its been 4 days now and I still haven't received any reply from Teltonika. 

I have all the documents required to prove that those units are purchased by us.

I am sorry, but Could You provide Your email You used to contact us or at least a subject You have used on the letter You sent to info@teltonika.lt?
