Hi,

I have a device fmb920 with ver.03.25.15.Rev.01. The device works well when configured and with a simcard that is not a problem. But after looking at the configuration app, I found:

- Modem status: On

- SIM Status: Ready

- GPRS Status: Deactivated

To make sure that the simcard is not a problem, I put in my cellphone simcard then I test for browsing, phone out & sms it can be done.

My question is, is there a problem with the device or something else ...?, for example firmware or etc.

hi, also having same problem with the fmb 640, the gprs is active for a while , then it deactivates.

the device then goes for a day or 2 without sending data
