If you have not set any login or password just leave 2 blank spaces before the command:
" setparam 2004:<Server's IP>; 2005:<Server's Port>;"
If you have set login and password for SMS sending it should look like this:
<login> <password> setparam 2004:<Server's IP>; 2005:<Server's Port>;
