I connected a FMB001 to the OBDII socket of two different trucks, an Iveco Attack (Garbage collector) and a JAC HFC1040 KT, and I don't recieve any information. Looking through the configuration via bluetooth , theres is no value that turns green, and sending "obdinfo" via SMS I recieve :

Prot:0,VIN:N/A,TM:20,CNT:0,ST:IDLE,P1:0x0,P2:0x0,P3:0x0,P4:0x0,MIL:0,DTC:0,ID1,Hdr:0,Phy:0

What may be the reason for this? Can it be that I won't be able to read the can bus of this trucks with this device? Should I try with an All-Can 300?

Thanks in advance

Hello.

Well your SMS answer of obdinfo command means that no parameters can be read from that vehicle.

Here is more information on to check available OBDII data: https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/How_to_check_available_OBDII_data%3F

If you are planning to use ALLCAN300 adapter, please consult with your sales manager about compatibility with model of your truck. Also note that OBD deivces like FMB001 do not support CAN adapters.

Best Regards
