Hi,

I am preparing the installation of an FMC640 to collect CARRIER freezer data

I just read your instruction manual (https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/wikibase/images/1/1a/How_to_connect_tracker_to_Carrier_reefers_V1.5.pdf ),  but got a question on the FMC side:
If I look at the Carrier special cable ( https://teltonika-gps.com/product/carrier-reefer-cable/#description ) I don't see the RJ45 connector to plug it on the FMC side (RS232 Port 1)

Could you clarify the scheme on this side ?

Hello.

At this moment there is none in a future we are planning of including it along with carrier reefer cable. As of now you need to get RJ45 connector, connect those 3 wires that are on the other side of carrier reefer cable and then plug it to FMC device.

We are also preparing to install the carrier reefer cable to FMB640. The RJ45 connector is it:

Reefer cable RX to RJ45-pin 3

Reefer cable TX to RJ45-pin 6

Reefer cable GND to RJ45-pin 4 or 5
