Hello, I need to upgrade the firmware of my FM3001 trackers.
Please do not reply that usual message to ask for me to use the "contact us" form. I tried that and they just gave me a link that doesn't work anymore http://teltonika.lt/client/
Is it really this hard for a customer to have access to the updates for the devices we bought from your company? I have lost so much time searching for this. I really like your trackers but this bad or inexistent customer support it´s giving me second thoughts about buying again from Teltonika.
Please just send me a link that works for the latest firmware of my devices. Is really that hard?
