Boa noite

Obrigado

i am also facing same problem with FMX440 model. Can1 wire was connected at Yellow and green wires as suggested, Reconfirmed by Can H and Can L wires by volvo service engineer. Service support team of teltonika has configured configurator  i am getting fuel burn data like fuel burn rate etc., engine rpm data, odometer data (KM reading) etc but specific Engine run hour meter data for us it is most important data. Any one can guide me how i can avail engine run hour meter.

thanks in advance for your support.

Hello guimarin,

Thank you for your inquiry.

With FMB640, J1708 functionality is used to read the vehicle's Fuel Level and Fuel consumption. Because J1708 is not a CAN-BUS protocol, FMB640 CAN1 and CAN2 lines cannot be used to read J1708 information. FMB640 has a special J1708 Port, which utilizes the RJ9 4P4C connector. More details about this solution, connection and configuration you can find on our Teltonika Wiki Page: https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB640_J1708

Please let us know if you will need any help or you will have questions.

Hello,

I have the same question.
The Volvo trucks for example FH13 2019 have a green connector 12PIN, which has two CANBUS lines.

Which one is the J1708 or where is the connector J1708?

Thank you.
