Good day. The Teltonika 3200 device does not respond to SMS commands, although the phone number is on the allowed list.
Teltonika 5300 responds to the ip change command: ept ept setparam 1245 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, but continues to send to the old ip. When requesting the current ip - shows a new one, but sends it anyway the old one.

Hi,

In FM 5300, there are four profiles.

I think, you are changed the IP in profile 1 but in the device the actual profile is 3.

So please change the IP in profile 3 also and check.

Can you show an example of SMS message for changing ip in 2 or 3 profile? Since the manual did not find this information.

Hi,

ept ept setparam 1245 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

In this command, 1 is the profile number and 245 is the parameter ID.

So to change the IP in profile 2 & 3, You need to send the command as below.

ept ept setparam 2245 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

ept ept setparam 3245 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

For 3200,Please put the device SIM card in a mobile and verify the mobile number and sms sending functionality of the SIM card.
