Hi,

My device FMB120 does not receive SMS configuration like : login+space+pass+space+odoset:125

The SMS count is always equal to 0.

Could you please help me.

Hi,

It's look like device is not receiving any sms.

Please insert the device SIM card to one mobile and send a sms from your phone.

So we can find out any issue is there in the SIM card itself.

Hi,

Did you add your number in authorized numbers section ?

Did you try to send any other sms command ?

Please upload the complete log,while you are sending the sms by using google drive or wetransfer.

1) No, i did not add my number to the authorized numbers because all the from numbers are authorized by default.

Documentation says :  If no authorized numbers are entered, module accepts messages from all numbers.

2) I sent other SMS command, but the commands are not received by device.
