Hi all,

I have configured a FMM130 device to use Ground Sense on the DIN2 wire.

I have tested the configuration works via the Configurator tool. It switches from 0 to 1 and back again when grounding the wire.

I have also configured Ground Sense to be passed in the messages in the I/O's tab.

From the AVL ID list I have worked out that Ground Sense is IO_381.

We use the Wialon platform and no value is being passed on IO_381.

Has anyone else had issues with this field?

Hi,

Please check in the device log that AVL id 381 is included in your record and sent to the server.

If it's there, it is a platform side issue, maybe this id is not included in your platform.

Thanks for the direction. We get a response in the logs saying "Unexpected avl ID 381".

Sorry, very late reply. I solved the same issue using codec 8E instead of codec 8.
