16025: FM5300 configurator loading profiles failed

Hi,

I have a problem with my FM5300 device and I need a help. When I want to load profiles from device or to save profiles.
I will try to explain. First of all, I connect the device via a USB cable then I open FM5XXX_Configurator program, I click Connect and everything is ok. After that when I want to Load profiles I click Load button, program starts to load profiles. Then I see this error ( https://pasteboard.co/JcMdwdl.png ) and after couple seconds this window appears ( https://pasteboard.co/JcMej2B.png ). Also I check FW version and I think that everything is ok. ( https://pasteboard.co/JcMeOjQ.png ). My device works because when I send text messages ( SMS ) everything works and I communicate successfully with the device. I'm sending also log file from my computer ( https://we.tl/t-3ImacleSu5 ). Thanks.

Hi,

This issue probably the result of configurator and firmware versions mismatch.

Send your device IMEI and current firmware version to your teltonika sales manager,they will provide you the correct configurator version.
