Question

Hello,

 I was updating three of my FM1100 devices to newest firmware FM11YX.01.27.32.Rev.0.e.CFW.

For two devices I had no problems, but one failed after the firmware was uploaded (75%) and the FM1100 was flashing:

The usb-port started to reconnect constantly, and the flashing was not comming to an end.

Now I cannot conned by USB, and the status-led is blinking, approx. once/second.

Is there a way to recover the device?

Hi,

You need to contact your sales manger, he/she will arrange a remote session with the technical support team.

They can fix your issue remotely.

Hello, I dont have a sales manager or support contract or so. Is there another possiblity, anybody has HowTo "unbrick" ?
