Question

I have a problem with some of my Teltonika FM1206 type tags.

They transmit in real time but when I try to generate a report or a route I am told '' no data for this period '' while the boxes are moving.

Hello,

Are you trying to capture history data from device? Or from platform, which one?

Device itself deletes all records that are sent to server and it does not hold/buffer data until there will active GPRS/GSM Signal.

I try to capture data from the platform and I use wialon. The box has the GSM signal because it updates between 1 to 10 seconds each time. I started to have this problem when and box made several days on the same position and now this position still does not change.
