Hello
I haave 2 new units FM3612
I installed the Driver "VCP_V1.3.1_Setup_x64"  but nothing connected by USB
when I connect the FM3612 to PC it is not recognize any USB or Virtual Com
I can not see any "unnown" device Manager

I tried few USB cable
I tried 3 PC

What can be the problem that device cannnot connect to PC ?
any Paramer limit USB connection?

In this case, we would like to recommend to try to download and install COM Driver by instructions, which you can find here. Please try to do that and let us know if it worked.
