possible that there is no support on how to independently download the firmware of your device? I first bought 3 tmt250 with 3.xx.x firmware now I bought 2 new ones and it arrived with firmaware 5, unfortunately I cannot upload my configuration file created for firmware 3, therefore I would like to downgrade to version 3, but I urgently can't wait for someone from support to send me this file, because there is no download section?
