Where should I put the antennas inside car? Inside can be good or would be better on glass of the windows?

Usually antennas are placed on the panel inside the car and this should be sufficient.

Yes, with router 5mb download, with iPhone xs 80mb, same operator.

Well iPhone xs has LTE cat.16 module and depending on the other area factors this is why it most likely has better speed.

If antennas are placed outside do you also get the same speeds ?

Unfortunately I can no longer try to move them, they are already well attached inside the body ..
