Hello,

Looking at your new product catalog from february 2020, I noticed that there is no mention of ALL-CAN300 option upgrade anywhere, while in your old catalog from july 2019, it states "Integrated CAN processor has possibility of upgrade from LV-CAN200 to ALL-CAN300 features set without a change of hardware"

Is this feature still planned, or plans for that are totally scrapped?

 So I know if I should still stick with this hardware model, or consider other hardware compatible with ALL-CAN300?

the "Integrated CAN processor has the possibility of the upgrade from LV-CAN200 to ALL-CAN300 features set without a change of hardware" is not mentioned in our newest catalog, but this feature is still available. This option is mentioned on our official website, on description about FMB140. If you want to upgrade the integrated CAN data processor, please contact your Sales manager which together with our Technical Support team will help you to solve this case. If you don't have any contacts with our Sales managers, please contact them on our official website https://teltonika-iot-group.com/ and click on "Contact Us" button. When you will click, please fill the form and submit it.
