In your situation for you will need to block your device (write wrong keyword several times). Also, we want to note that we do not unlock devices without receiving confirmation that an owner of the device is requesting an unlock code. In order to unlock your device please make sure to contact your Sales manager and inform him to contact Teltonika's support directly.
Provide information about the device:
- IMEI
- Unlock code
- An official document proving the purchase of this device from another company (if you buy a unit from distributor)
The unlock code can not be provided in the support forum.
