Hi,

I am having problem with some FMB120 devices. They send duplicate data with the same timestamp, lat, lng and avl to my system. Sometimes it send one row, sometime 10 rows, and sometimes even more than 10 thousands duplicate rows on the same second which I can query in my database.

What can caused this problem and how can I fix it? Thanks in advance for kind help.

Hi,

Probably this will be acknowledge issue by your server.

If the server acknowledge is not proper, the device will send the same record again.

If you can upload the log from device, We will get clear picture.

Thanks Naveen on prompt reply, much appreciated.

I am using gps-server.net v3.7, I am worry that the problem is acknowldged by my server.
I am contacting support from gps-server.net however no answer yet.

I am trying to see the log file, however nothing much I can done with it as I can not read it.

Do you have any idea on certain tool to get the data: imei, lat, lng and other avl ?

Hi,

You need to use the software called Terminal for this purpose.

Install the software in your laptop and connect to the device.
