We are trying to connect a FMU130 to OBD2 (elm327 bluetooth) on Chevrolet Sail 2013, but we dont have any response (on server or sms).

SMS response (obdinfo): Prot:0,VIN:N/A,TM:10,CNT:0,ST:OFF,P1:0x0,P2:0x0,P3:0x0,P4:0x0,MIL:0,DTC:0,ID0,Hdr:0,Phy:0

Obd2 protocols: ISO 14230-4 (KWP FAST)

Could you please say do you plugged in OBD Dongle to OBD socket in vehicle, it's turned on and connected with FMU130 unit via Bluetooth?
