15396: FMB120, does a Hybrid vehicle go to sleep when powered via OBD.

Help and ideas with FMB120 power via OBD.

Device is,
FMB120 powered via OBD, device never sleeps.
Sends data "On Stop" once every hour.

Question 1,
Does the vehicle go to sleep or stays awake all night because of the device?

If vehicle stays awake then it drains the vehicle's battery way faster.

We had one OBD-cable that had DIN1(ignition) connected and it (may)
cause a Hybrid vechile's battery to drain and messed up the software and we had to reinstall the whole software.

Question 2,
Since we are now only using the + and - on the OBD-cable it should not cause anymore problems?
