This is probably the software issue.

Please try to capture the device log by using the terminal , then we can identify is this a device or a server software issue.

Also, it isn't send EcoDriving data to server, despite the fact that feature was set like on another trackers where all works properly

Can you tell me how to capture the device log remotely?
