We need to change increase the send rate when the tracker enters the geo fence around a construction site and it mus be decreased when the tracker leaves the geo fence. We already managed to change the configuration by sending udp packages via codec 12.
The problem is: We can do that only when we have just received a message from the tracker as we can then use the udp port of the sender of the last package.
To which port can we send codec 12 messages when we want to change the configuration without having previously received an udp package from the tracker?
