15153: FMT100 problem

Hi,

I bought Teltonika FMT100. I have some problems.

First problem. Device has a backup battery attached OK. Battery is OK. (3.6V) Measured by a multimeter. Teltonika Configurator show in menu Status

Battery Voltage - 0mV
Internal Battery Status - Not Charging 0%

Second problem. Device dont have fix with GPS. The device is inside house on table. Device show random values speed and angle. Is it correct?

Third problem. I can't connect to the device via bluetooth. Only with USB cable. Error message in attachement. Bluetooth in PC is OK.

What could be the problem? What should I do next? Is the device defective?

Hello,

Device should not be defective. Disconnect device from power supply and disconnect the battery. Reconnect battert and then power supply again and it should start showing Bat status and %. Most of time this might happen if power supply voltage at first start is less than 12V. For gps fix please keep device under clear sky or near the winodow. Under clear sky it should take aprox. 15 sec. to get gps fix. Angle may change because device is not calibrated. Have you installed USB drivers?
