Hi there

I cant get the device to enable GPRS. I am on the Three network and have removed any security from it (so no pin code etc). this is an "all you can eat" data plan with "all you can use text and phone" so will not have any issues with that. I have diagnosed the device using Terminal if you want the log file to look through.

It is important for us to get this working we are intending to base potentially 100+ (could be in the 1000+ range) devices on the FMB920 model. The tracking software we are looking at using in conjunction with this is "GPS-server.net" who are alos looking into this problem (but evidently wont be able to connect if the GPRS is deactivated)

Thank you

Garry

Hi,

I checked the log.

Sorry I couldn't find the exact problem.

But it's look like operator related issue for me,try with another network.

Thanks
