Question

Hi,

I'm a developer in my company and I am testing FM3612. I don't know what I'm missing in the configuration of FM3612 because it doesn't send any high priority events (for example DIN1, DIN2) when they happens, in fact the tracker is not reporting periodically as is configured (it is reporting each 5 mins aprox, I dont know why). The configuration is:

Firmware: 01.13.09.Rev:0, same configuration in 'Home','Roaming' and 'Unkown':

Hi,

The problem has been solved. Using the Terminal program we found that the tracker was generating all events correctly into their memory. The problem was into our platform because it didn't respond with four bytes and the length of the last received packet.
