15049: Data acquisition interval - send data every minute

I am trying to send a package exactly once a minute (I am only interested in the io-values, GPS / speed / ... is irrelevant to me):

Device is a FMB 640 with FW 00.03.65. Signal Level is "good Signal", protocol is TCP, RTC time is correct. A GPS antenna is not connected.

Server-side, I receive the following:

19:12:11   number of records: 3  (2020-02-17T18:12:09.253Z, 2020-02-17T18:12:08.210Z, 2020-02-17T18:12:05.972Z)

19:12:13 number of records: 2  (2020-02-17T18:12:04.933Z, 2020-02-17T18:12:04.558Z)

19:12:41 number of records: 2 (2020-02-17T18:12:35.894Z, 2020-02-17T18:12:34.851Z)

19:13:10 number of records: 3 (2020-02-17T18:13:06.175Z, 2020-02-17T18:13:05.132Z, 2020-02-17T18:13:04.562Z)

Hi,

Can you please upload the full log (Minimum for 5 Minutes). You can use google drive.

Hi,

You can use the software called "Terminal" to capture the log.

How can I enforce Windows to use that special driver? On my computer, the FMB640 always shows up as regular serial device.

Hey Naveen,

thanks:

  • the device is recognized as serial port and listed as COM9 in the device manager.
  • even after installing the driver as indicated here, the device is still listed as COM9. Even after restarting windows, it never appears as MTK USB Modem Port.
  • I can access the device using the Configurator. However, I am still facing this issue.
  • hence, I can still not see the logs to see what is happening on the device.
Any further idea?

Hi,

The device is showing as COM9 is normal.

You can use the terminal software for logging.
