Device can store data by every per second. But device doesn't send those data to the TCP server at every second. It records the data and send it from every 7-10 seconds as the data bulk. I want a way to send those device data every second to the device.

What data? GPS, MQTT, RS232 ???

All GPS, OBD, IO data. They are recorded at every second. But sending of then over TCP is  not for every second

Hello,

You can check record time stamp and when you receive it in to server. You will find the latency/delay of data sending so in you situation is 7-10 seconds. This depends on network, signal strength, packet size.
