Hi.

I have a problem with some FMB120 units.

When i put a configuration file and save to the device it doesn't work. If i restore default configuration, format the flash and reboot the device and then put the configuration file, it works.

What can cause this thing? Is a device problem or a firmware problem? Does the firmware update fix this? How can i have the latest firmware update for this device?

I have firmware 03.18.20 Rev00

By your mentioned firmware version, we recommend to update your device up to the newest one. What major improvements have been completed you can check in our Teltonika Wiki page: https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/FMB120_firmware_errata#Firmware_versions

Why is this? Many times we are needing to do updates outside of normal working hours and having to chase around to find a sales manager to get a firmware file is very poor customer experiance thinking. We have already purchased the device so we should have access to all new firmware updates.
