14143: FMB920 Towing detection ( the car is parked )

Hi,

The car is parked (ignition is off, no movement  ), but the device send a towing event to the server.

Could you please help me to understand what is wrong.

id=240 value=0  => Ignition is off

id=240 value=0  => No movement detected

id=246 value=1  => Towing detected  ??????

Firmware Version : 03.25.05 Rev:00   (FMB920)

Hello,

Thank you for your query.

Please contact your sales manager to get Latest version FMB.Ver.03.25.15.Rev.01 there was improvements made regarding towing detection. Also default settings are a little bit to sensitive. Please set following values:

Threshold: 0.44

Angle: 4

Duration: 1800
