Hello I can not connect my fmb900 with pc configuration and fota web.

I think the problem is the very old firmware. 01.00.19

Hello,

Thank you for your query.

FMB0YX and FMB9YX devices with firmware 01.00.32, 01.00.22 or older versions, can be updated directly to 01.03.13 by using firmware updater.

I have uploaded the firmware updater with firmware: https://we.tl/t-7RxabkDbIR
Open updater>refresh>select com port>update.

When 01.03.13 version will be installed you can replace firmware file in firmware updater folder and update it to the latest version.
