Question

Hi,

I assigned a configuration to my device FMB120, but the status is always pendding.

The device is configured to connect to fota every 30 minutes.

I checked the history log : the upload is started.

 Could you please tell what i missed ?

Thank you for your query.

Could you please provide IMEI of the device? We will double-check on this issue. Does 'cancel actions' works? When assigning configuration again does it show still pending?
