Hi,

I would like to change the configuration settings for data acquisition on FM6320 units.

I send the following command : "[password] setparam 3010 120,100,10,0,0,1,10"

But the device returned message is : "ERROR: Not supported Param ID: 3010 or Value detected"

Whereas I can get the current parameter correctly with "getparam 3010".

What's wrong with the command I sent ?

Thank you for your query.

Could you tell the firmware version? We could answer question more accurately.

Command structure:

Login Password setparam 3010 120,100,10,0,0,1,10

If there is no login and password set, please use two blank spaces in the beginning.

Yes, I've correctly used the prefix "login password".

Here is the "getver" returned message :
