Very valid comment. Please provide more info.

Are you able to take device logs?

I.e. is device with SD card? or maybe you can download device dump via configurator?

Are you sure you are sending sms to correct GSM ?

Do you know if you configured sms login and sms password on your device?

Hello,

Can You provide us with more information about Your issue:

• Does device has authorized numbers configured? If so, Your number is authorized?

• Does FM3612 has SMS logins? Maybe Your are entering SMS logins wrong?

• What king of SMS command are You sending and in which format?

• SMS data sending is enabled?
