Thank You for Your question.

ALL-CAN300 is able to read J1939 and other protocols. 

In order to read CAN data coming from vehicle with ALL-CAN300, program number has to be entered. Is Your ALL-CAN300 connected to Your vehicle using our wiring schematics?
